We advised Alpayana S.A.C., a leading Peruvian mining group, on the acquisition of the Ariana mining project through the purchase of 100% of the shares issued by Ariana Operaciones Mineras S.A.C. and Compañía Minera Ariana S.A.C. from Southern Peaks Mining.
Our advice included comprehensive legal due diligence of the target companies and the Ariana mining project, as well as the negotiation of the transaction documents. We provided full legal support throughout the transaction, enabling the client to successfully complete the acquisition.
The transaction was particularly complex and significant due to the technical and regulatory considerations inherent to the mining sector.
