We are proud to announce that we are part of the Host Committee for the Biennial IBA Latin American Regional Forum Conference: The Road to 2030 in Latin America, an event organized by the International Bar Association (IBA) that will bring together legal professionals from across the region. This will be a unique space to discuss the key legal, economic, and technological challenges that Latin America will face in the coming years.
The conference will take place from March 19 to 21 at the Westin Hotel & Convention Center in Lima, offering three days of specialized panels, idea exchanges, and networking activities. Among the topics to be addressed are energy transition, infrastructure challenges, artificial intelligence in the legal sector, and emerging trends in M&A, venture capital, and capital markets. Additionally, discussions will explore the impact of regulatory changes and the growing influence of technology and innovation in legal practice.
We are also pleased to highlight the participation of our partner, Jose Antonio Payet, as Co-Chair of the panel “Anticipating M&A Trends,” which will take place on March 20 at 10:15 a.m.
