We are pleased to invite you to participate in the panel discussion titled “Our Arbitrators: Conflicts of Interest, Disclosure Standards, and Issue Conflicts in International Commercial Arbitration,” organized by Young ICCA as part of the Biennial IBA Latin American Regional Forum Conference – Lima 2025.
This event will explore the duty of independence and impartiality of arbitrators in international arbitration, as well as the recognized standards in international guidelines and regulations, such as the IBA Guidelines on Conflicts of Interest. Key topics in the appointment of arbitrators will be discussed, including issue conflicts and the impact of arbitration confidentiality on decision-making.
We are pleased to highlight the participation of our partners, Mayra Bryce as moderator and Micaela Ortiz as speaker, who will share their expertise alongside a distinguished panel of experts: Carolina de Trazegnies and Santiago Gatica.
