Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados has advised Scotiabank Perú in connection with the acquisition of Banco Cencosud shares.

We have advised Scotiabank Perú, as buyer, in connection with the acquisition of 51% of shares in Banco Cencosud up to the amount of US$100 million.

The deal copies the same acquisition model it used to purchase the bank’s assets in Chile and Colombia.

The deal closed on May, up to the sum of US$ 100 millon.
