We have represented Paz Centenario S.A. in the acquisition of all the stake owned by Global Investments Capital Assets in the share capital of Villa Club S.A.
Through this acquisition Paz Centenario is the sole owner of the share capital of Villa Club.
The deal closed on January 18 by an undisclosed amount.
