We advised Banco BBVA Peru in the structuring and placement of two Issuances under the Seventh Corporate Bond Program of Pluz Energía Perú S.A.A., for a total amount of S/ 220 million.
Our advice included comprehensive support to the structurer and the issuer throughout the process of structuring and registration of the Program and the issuances, from the preparation of the required documents to the completion of the corresponding placement and issuance.
