We advised Banco de Crédito del Perú in the financing granted to Red de Energía del Perú S.A., a company that is part of the ISA Energía Group, for an amount of USD 60,500,000.
Our advice included comprehensive support in the structuring and documentation of the financing, as well as in the negotiation of contractual terms, considering the regulatory particularities of the energy sector in Peru. The role of the firm was key to ensure an efficient allocation of risks, adequate protection of the funder’s interests and the successful closing of the operation within the standards of the local and international financial market.
