We advised Banco de Crédito del Perú on the First Issuance – Series B of Short-Term Instruments under the Sixth Commercial Paper Program of Pluz Energía Perú S.A.A., for a total amount placed of S/ 117 million.
Our advice included comprehensive legal support to both the structuring entity and the issuer throughout the entire process of the First Issuance – Series B, from the preparation of the required documentation to the filing of the relevant submissions before the competent authorities in order to complete the issuance and placement.
