We advised Expertia Travel and its subsidiaries on the structuring of a securitization trust to back the issuance of securitization bonds for S/ 40,000,000.00.
We advised Expertia Travel and its subsidiaries (Condor Travel, Nuevo Mundo and Destinos Mundiales) on the structuring of a securitization trust involving certain assets, which served as collateral for the issuance of securitization bonds in the aggregate amount of S/ 40,000,000.00.
Our advice covered the full structuring of the securitization trust, as well as the issuance and placement process of the securitization bonds within the applicable capital markets regulatory framework. The transaction also involved the granting of new guarantees by Expertia Travel and its subsidiaries, following the termination of previously existing security interests, ensuring an efficient and robust collateral structure for the transaction.
The PRCP team in charge of the matter was led by partner Susan Castillo and included Rocío Gordillo and Fernando Díaz.
