Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados advised Grupo Centenario in the sale of 100% of its shares in Multimercados Zonales S.A.C., owner of the well-known Minka shopping center, to the Chilean operator Parque Arauco for approximately S/ 381 million.

The Minka shopping center is one of the largest in Peru. It is located in Callao and has been operating for more than 20 years, as well as receiving more than 18 million visitors a year. It has 54,800 m² of commercial space including more than 540 stores, distributed in 47,800 m² of retail and 7,000 m² of traditional market.
