We advised Inmobiliaria Alquife S.A.C. in the acquisition of the company Aldea Logística Global S.A.C., a company dedicated to the rental of warehouses and operation of logistics centers in the south of Lima, for US160,000,000.00. This transaction includes the acquisition of Aldea Logística Global’s 10 establishments in Lima, which total 272,000 square meters.
Our advice in this transaction has been comprehensive, since we participated both in obtaining the authorization of INDECOPI for the issues of concentration control, and in the syndicated financing of US$260,000,000.00 in favor of Inmobiliaria Alquife and other companies of the Algeciras Group, for three objectives: to refinance a pre-existing debt of the Group; pay the purchase price for the acquisition of Aldea Logística Global S.A.C.; and, to cancel -mostly- the financial debt of Aldea Logística Global S.A.C.
Thanks to our advice, we were able to structure a comprehensive transaction, aligned with our client’s financial and strategic objectives, guaranteeing an efficient acquisition.
