Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados advised Los Portales S.A. in the transfer of 85% of the shares of Los Portales Aparcamientos S.A. in favor of three funds managed by AC Capitales SAFI. Los Portales made the sale on June 30 2023, for a value that has not been disclosed.
Los Portales Aparcamientos S.A. is in charge of the parking business line of the Los Portales group, which operates in the real estate sector, marketing hotels and apartments. It has a history of more than 50 years and operates in eight cities in the country.
