We advised our client, Wheaton Precious Metals Corp., on the execution of a definitive Precious Metals Purchase Agreement (stream) for USD 4.3 billion with a subsidiary of BHP Group Limited, in connection with 33.75% of the silver production from the Antamina mine located in Peru.
